E-Chlorination and Chlorine Dosing Control System

This project delivered a comprehensive electrical automation and control solution, encompassing PLC programming, HMI/touch panel development, switchboard supply, cabling, erection, and thorough testing. We developed robust PLC logic for motor control, interlocks, alarms, and safety circuits, ensuring reliable operation. User-friendly HMI/touch panel interfaces were designed for effective monitoring and control. We designed and supplied Motor Control Centers (MCCs) and power distribution panels, meticulously selecting and routing power, control, and communication cables (Profibus, Ethernet). Rigorous functional testing validated equipment start/stop sequences, interlocks, and safety circuits, while HMI operations and alarms were verified in conjunction with the third-party central SCADA system, guaranteeing seamless integration and operational efficiency.

Dewatered Residual Disposal System for Langat 2 (Package 3) Water Treatment Plant – Design & Build SCADA System

We successfully implemented the Automation & SCADA System for the Residual Conveyance and Disposal System at the Langat 2 Water Treatment Plant, featuring a complex ~2000m pipe conveyor. This critical project encompassed the PLC System Design, utilizing a redundant Emerson RX3i Main PLC for optimal availability, and Versamax Profinet Module Remote I/O Stations for reliable data acquisition. We deployed an IFIX Redundant Server-Client SCADA with Historian for robust data integrity and developed a user-friendly HMI platform. The scope also included the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of Outstation Panels (O/S), Supervisory Panels (SPs), and Local Control Panels (LCPs), all tailored to meet the precise specifications of the consultant, ensuring efficient and reliable residual transportation to the storage shelter near Bukit Enggang Balancing Reservoir.

Demineralized Water Treatment – Testing and Commissioning of SCADA System Plant in Algeria

We provided expert SCADA and PLC programming services for the testing and commissioning of a GE RX3i PLC and Complicity SCADA system. Our scope included comprehensive PLC & SCADA System Readiness checks, meticulous PLC Testing (Individual Loop Checks), and thorough HMI (Human-Machine Interface) verification. We ensured all screens (mimic diagrams, trends, alarms) were accessible and that dynamic objects (tank levels, pump status) accurately reflected real-time data. We also performed PLC and SCADA program updates to accommodate site conditions, validated automatic plant operation sequences, and delivered comprehensive training to plant staff on SCADA navigation, alarm handling, and manual overrides, ensuring seamless and efficient plant operation.

Bukit Berapit for 120 MLD Water Treatment Plant – Design and Build SCADA System in Kuala Terengganu

We implemented a cutting-edge Automation & SCADA System for a new 120 MLD Water Treatment Plant (WTP), adhering to precise consultant specifications. This project included the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of Outstation Panels (O/S), Supervisory Panels (SPs), and Local Control Panels (LCPs), utilizing high-performance Siemens S7-1500 PLCs with Profinet ET200SP Remote I/O for efficient and reliable operation. The system features a robust WinCC Redundant Server-Client SCADA architecture with a historian for comprehensive data integrity. Additionally, we integrated GSM communication from the Intake Pumping Station and reservoir back to the Berapit control room, enabling seamless remote monitoring and control.

We successfully delivered a large-scale, advanced Automation & SCADA System for a new 1130 MLD Water Treatment Plant (WTP), meeting stringent consultant specifications. This project encompassed the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of Outstation Panels (O/S), Supervisory Panels (SPs), and Local Control Panels (LCPs), utilizing redundant GE RX3i PLCs with Profinet Versamax Remote I/O for optimal reliability. The system features an IFIX Redundant Server-Client SCADA with a redundant historian ensuring comprehensive data integrity, and a web server for convenient web browser monitoring. Furthermore, we implemented robust GSM and Radio communication systems to facilitate seamless data transfer from balancing and distribution reservoirs back to the Langat 2 control room, providing comprehensive remote monitoring and control.
