Petrochemical Manufacturer – 6.6kV & 11kV AIS Extension for Plant Revamp Project
We executed a complex integration project, seamlessly incorporating new 6.6kV and 11kV Air-Insulated Switchgear (AIS) into an existing double busbar switchgear system to support a new Steam Turbine Generator, designed to utilize waste heat for power generation. This involved the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of new 6.6kV AIS, including an adapter panel. Modification work for the 6.6kV AIS included primary busbar modifications for extension and AC/DC wiring modifications to connect the existing and new switchgear. For the 11kV AIS, we performed critical upgrades, replacing and installing new components such as protection relays, digital power meters (DPMs), current transformers (CTs), analogue meters, and vacuum circuit breakers (VCBs), ensuring optimal performance and reliability of the integrated system.

KL Commercial Building – 11kV AIS Extension & ATS Implementation
We successfully integrated a new switchgear system with existing legacy infrastructure to accommodate Tenaga Nasional Berhad’s (TNB) new incoming power supply, while simultaneously implementing a new Automatic Transfer Scheme (ATS) function. This project involved the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of new 11kV Air-Insulated Switchgear (AIS) for switchgear extension and comprehensive ATS functionality testing. Intricate modification work was performed, including busbar coupling, the adaptation of existing switchgear spare space to house a new protection relay and control wiring, and the strategic upgrade of existing relays to advanced high-end models, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced system reliability.

PT Kaltim Prima Coal 3X18 MW Coal Fire Power Plant & 11kV Substations Automation System
This project implemented a robust Substation Automation System (SAS) for real-time monitoring and control, integrating Remote Terminal Units (RTUs), IEC 61850 compliant devices, and protection relays. RTUs efficiently gather field data, while IEC 61850 ensures seamless interoperability through MMS, GOOSE, and Sampled Values communication protocols. Protection relays are precisely configured for rapid fault detection and isolation. To enhance reliability and ensure uninterrupted operation, a redundant IFIX SCADA Server and Historian system was deployed, featuring automatic failover support. This SCADA system provides intuitive Human-Machine Interface (HMI) visualization, comprehensive alarm management, and detailed historical data logging, all seamlessly combined with IEC 61850 and RTU data integration.
