Lotte Chemical Titan – Existing LV Switchgear Extension and Upgrade for AHU Application
We provided a complete solution for LV switchgear expansion, including the supply, precise positioning, expert installation, and thorough testing and commissioning of a new LV Switchgear with an adapter panel. This project involved intricate busbar modifications within the adapter panel to seamlessly connect the new LV Switchgear with the existing busbar infrastructure. We also managed all project documentation and provided effective project management, ensuring a successful and efficient expansion.

Petronas Chemicals Fertiliser Kedah – LV Switchgear Packaged Solution for WWTP Application
We delivered a comprehensive solution for an oil and gas wastewater treatment plant, encompassing the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of new Low Voltage (LV) Switchgear. We expertly retrofitted existing withdrawable feeder and Direct-On-Line (DOL) starter modules, modifying and upgrading switchgear systems to meet evolving customer requirements. Additionally, we designed, supplied, and installed a new Interposing Relay Panel (IRP). We also provided complete project management and meticulous documentation, ensuring a seamless and successful project execution.

Johor Refinery Plant – 33kV MV Switchgear Package Solution
We achieved a significant milestone as Eaton’s first vendor in Malaysia to successfully install their inaugural 33kV Gas-Insulated Switchgear (GIS). Our comprehensive scope included the safe unloading, precise positioning, expert installation, thorough testing, and commissioning of the 33kV GIS, Remote Control Panel, and Battery Charger System. We also managed all project documentation and provided effective project management, ensuring a seamless and successful implementation.

Metering Skid Control Solutions
We deliver turnkey automation for Metering Skids, integrating leading PLCs (like Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, Emerson RX3i) with server-client SCADA/historian systems (like IFIX, WinCC, or AVEVA Platform System) for robust data integrity.
