Keppel Logistic ASRS PLC Migration Works
Keppel Logistics’ Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) underwent a comprehensive PLC migration, transitioning from legacy Omron C200HX and CV1000 to the modern CS1 platform. This project encompassed meticulous hardware replacement, precise software conversion, and rigorous testing. The process began with a thorough assessment of the existing system, followed by detailed I/O module mapping and ladder logic conversion to the CS1 environment. Special attention was given to communication protocols, Variable Speed Drive (VSD) control, and safety systems to ensure seamless operational continuity. Downtime was minimized through a carefully planned phased implementation, and operators received comprehensive training on the new system. Addressing challenges such as memory mapping discrepancies, proprietary function replacements, and HMI/SCADA compatibility was crucial for successful migration. The upgrade resulted in improved system reliability and maintainability, accompanied by updated documentation and a new spare parts strategy tailored to the CS1J system.

Lazada Indonesia Conveyor Control System
This project implemented a lightweight, automated conveyor system for efficient package sorting and warehouse control, featuring seamless Telegram communication. Packages, weighing under 5kg, are transported via motorized rollers and automatically routed using barcode/RFID scanning and diverting arms. The Warehouse Control System (WCS) tracks inventory, optimizes routing, and logs comprehensive data, while a dedicated Telegram bot provides real-time alerts for jams and maintenance, delivers throughput updates, and enables remote commands, all supported by a standardized Telegram Interface between the Material Flow Control System (MFCS)/Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and the conveyor system, facilitating efficient collaboration between software and hardware engineers.
