Our migration service seamlessly transitions legacy Siemens S5 systems to modern S7 technology. This process includes comprehensive panel work, replacing S5 PLCs with S7-1500 CPUs and I/O modules, redesigning panel layouts, and updating wiring. We meticulously inspect, label, and adapt field cables for S7 terminals, replacing any damaged components. Our expert PLC programmers convert S5 logic to S7, utilizing migration tools, optimizing code, and integrating new functions.
