We executed a precise conversion of an existing 11kV Air Insulated Switchgear (AIS) spare generator feeder to a direct outgoing feeder. This involved the meticulous dismantling of all components related to the protection circuit, and the resolution of interlock issues between coupled upstream and downstream switchgear. Following the retrofit, we conducted thorough testing and commissioning of the 11kV AIS, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Johor Data Center – ATS Panel Design & SOO for Power Failure
We designed, programmed, and built a custom Automatic Transfer Scheme (ATS) panel, utilizing PLC-based logic, to guarantee seamless power transfer for 33kV Gas-Insulated Switchgear (GIS) and Ring Main Units (RMU), including the development of a comprehensive Sequence of Operation (SOO). Our services also included expert hands-on positioning, installation, thorough testing, and commissioning on-site, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

We provided expert hands-on services for the precise positioning, installation, testing, and commissioning of 11kV Gas-Insulated Switchgear (GIS), 11kV Ring Main Units (RMU), and Battery Charger Systems, prioritizing accurate alignment to mitigate arc flash risks. Additionally, we designed, supplied, and installed custom base frames for the 11kV GIS, ensuring robust and reliable equipment support.

Multiple data center – Commissioning Activities (Cx) Project Execution
We delivered a comprehensive project execution for data center infrastructure, adhering rigorously to Data Center Commissioning Authority (CxA) standards. Our scope encompassed the supervision of unloading, precise positioning, and expert installation, alongside thorough on-site testing and commissioning of critical Medium Voltage (MV) equipment, including Compact Substations, 33kV Gas-Insulated Switchgear (GIS), 33kV Ring Main Units (RMU), Battery Charger Systems, and 11kV Air-Insulated Switchgear (AIS). We provided essential auxiliary support to the General Contractor (GC) throughout all Commissioning (Cx) activities, from CxL1 to CxL5, ensuring seamless compliance with the established framework, and efficiently troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arose. We also managed all project documentation, ensuring meticulous record-keeping and streamlined project delivery.
